Using the system for stock control
System can be used for stock control, doing goods in and goods out with expiry dates and their quantities and splitting it up between different expiry dates in the reports.
Using our Vision app to track stock
- Track goods by their expiry date
- Scanning at goods in and goods out to track the date
- Report to show what has expired and what is expiring Today, 7 Days or 30 Days
See the total stock held on the product list
- Total stock held by product is shown on the product list
- You can drill-down to the product details
- From there you can do goods in, goods out, check transactions and check expiring stock
Goods in with expiry date
- As you do the goods in (or out), the label is scanned and the expiry date is recognised
- The date is the stored along with the amount
- The system can then be interrogated for total stock by product, stock by expiry date and the details transactions can also be listed
Transactions drill-down shows all activities
- Each goods in and goods out is recorded
- In addition, via scanning, the expiry date is also recorded
- You can see the history of everything that is done to that product
Grouped by expiry report
- The totals by expiry date is grouped together
- You can tell what is expiring and when
- Prioritising and prompting any necessary actions
